Meroddi Bagdatliyan Hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my friends for 4 days. There are no words to describe how amazing our stay was. The staff was very kind, sweet, helpful and they made us feel like home. To be more specific, before going to this hotel we had the most horrible experience in another house we had booked and we had to leave the place as soon as possible. Once we arrived at Meroddi hotel the staff in the reception were willing to hear our story from the other place and make sure we were not in trouble, that we were safe and secure. We cannot thank them enough for their help in this hard time. Also, during breakfast the staff working in the restaurant always had a smile on their face, they were polite and by our side in case of anything occurring. Moreover, our room was always so clean and tidy. Last but not least, on our last day in the hotel the staff had left in our room a small cake with a note saying they hope we enjoyed our stay. I have never experienced such treatment from other hotels I’ve stayed in in my life. I 100% recommend it!

The boys at reception deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. They were always on hand to assist with a smile, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The rooms at Meroddi Bağdatlıyan are a highlight, offering comfort, style, and a touch of luxury that contributed significantly to our relaxing stay. Well-appointed and meticulously maintained, the rooms provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location is another plus, situated in an area that allows easy access to many of Istanbul's attractions, vibrant streets, and culinary delights. This aspect of our stay made it extremely convenient to immerse ourselves in the rich culture and history of Istanbul. Moreover, the breakfast at Meroddi Bağdatlıyan was even more impressive than on previous visits. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making each morning a delightful experience. The location of the hotel is three minutes from the metro and the Galata Tower. There is a nice terrace on the 4th floor of the hotel, from where you can see the bay. The room is interesting, clean, warm, soft bed, warm blanket. Lots of pillows are comfortable. I really liked the new bed linen, silky and very pleasant. Breakfast is varied, for every taste. Many thanks to the staff for their care and attention. It was very nice to receive fruits and sweets as a gift.

The staff was very very kind and helpful with everything we needed, and they were very friendly and professional, specially Enes at the reception and others also. The breakfast was good also they tried to change some of them daily. The neighborhood is great and it’s near to everything ( 5 min walk to metro, Galata tower, Istklal street. The day before we leave they gave us a book as a gift and some snacks for our way home which was great. And almost forgot the beautiful terrace on the roof with city view.
